i found the staff helpful and polite. grounds were well-kept. they cleaned my room daily. the complex felt VERY secure, reassuring.
i noticed some slight wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures.

The room lacked some expected amenities. there was no coffee machine in the kitchen, a significant oversight for a self-catering apartment. i had to request a kettle and pay a deposit (it felt a little nickel-and-dime). also, the shower lacked shampoo or shower gel. I had to purchase my own.

our apartment overlooked the pool it had a large terrace. the area was perfect. cleaners visited twice . this was unexpected. the sunset view from the balcony was beautiful.
the furniture looked a little dated but it did not affect my stay.

the pool bar offered snacks and drinks throughout the day. there was a good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. i especially enjoyed the rotisserie chicken at the snack bar it was cooked perfectly.

The location is AMAZING. The main shopping area and beach are so close. everything was sparkling clean, and the pool was a real treat. the staff were all very nice too. I always felt so welcomed.
i must say the lack of curtains in the living room was a bit of a nuisance. i wanted to sleep on the sofa one night because the bedroom felt a little too warm. unfortunately, people passing by could easily see into the room, made privacy a little tricky.

friendly staffreasonable foodquiet nights
the apartments are big enough and they are quiet at night. the staff is friendly and helpful, a real advantage. cafe bar food and drink were reasonably priced. location is a ten minute walk to shops and pubs.
the lighting around the apartments needs improvement, especially for older people.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
basic equipmenthot bedroom
The kitchen equipment was pretty basic. I found it difficult to prepare meals with just one small pan available. The utensils seemed worn (the grater had rust, what a shame). The lack of bowls meant I couldn't even have cereal for breakfast. I was kinda sad about this. the room got uncomfortably hot at night. The fan rental helped only a LITTLE.
